1219 Study ties with New York Film Academy

1219 Study has entered into an agreement with United States-based New York Film Academy for facilitating Indian students interested in studying the art of film making.

According to the agreement between New Delhi-based 1219 Study and New York Film Academy, 1219 Study will be responsible for promoting various courses being offered by the Academy. “For Indian students we will offer only those courses which have good growth potential. said Saurabh Kumar, Chief Executive Officer, 1219 Study The Indian entertainment industry in recent times has been showing strong growth trends leading to the increasing need & scope for professionals related with filming within India and these courses will go a long way in fulfilling these needs", he further added”.

The course’s, being offered include Masters in Fine Arts Degree Program in Filmmaking, Film Production and Screenwriting.

Students opting for these courses will have the opportunity to broaden their scope of knowledge and focus their interests especially in a comprehensive Two-Year Filmmaking Conservatory Program. For example the students enrolling themselves for a Two-Year Conservatory Program will also be completing the One-Year Filmmaking Program during which they will complete a series of short films and thereafter continue for a second year where they will learn the art of Feature Filmmaking.
